SimpleTagsPlus is an external tagging program and should be unaffected by upgrades to WordPress (consult the plugin creator to be sure). Simple Tags, which are now replace by WordPress' built in tagging are internal tags, meaning that pages on your blog are created for the tags you create. So will the 'simple tagging import' work for it too?
