Peter, all you needed to do was read this post, I have a whole sections about what to do about errors on your page:

http://www.ninjablogsetup.com/blog/wordpress-bloggers-survival-guide/#PHPError

See that link for ways to get help.

You may want to log in and edit the last post you put up, check and see if you put a curly bracket into the post instead of a regular bracket.

I tried to read my blog, just like any reader would do this afternoon, by going to http://www.americasmoneycenter.com/blog/ and I received this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’, expecting ‘)’ in /home/americas/public_html/blog/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 99

I asked hostgator to fix whatever that is and they don’t seem to be able to do so, since they do not “support wordpress”

Can you direct me somewhere where I can get this fixed please?

Emil, it’s almost impossible to answer. There are at least 3 variables that make a big difference:

1.) How much a click is worth for your topic. Some are worth .02 and some are worth $2.00.
2.) How well your adsense ads are optimized. If you get a click rate of 40% you need a lot less traffic than if your click rate is 1%.
3.) How do you define decent money…is that $500/month or $5000 a month?

In general, AdSense is the easiest, but least effective way to make money on your site.
